Yolanda Nicole Daniels

Yolanda Nicole Daniels, a native of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. A graveside service will be at Green Hills Cemetery on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 11:00am. Family requests everyone meet at the tent.

Ms. Daniels was a loving mother and was a no nonsense--all about “taking care of business” lady. She loved to go to the beach and out to eat at her favorite restaurant, Ruby Tuesday. She had a prize garden with assorted flowers such as bridal wreath, azaleas, and elephant ears. Her home was decorated with a log cabin theme, and one could hear her cheering “War Eagle” for her favorite team. She will be missed by her family and all who knew her.

Loving survivors include her daughter, Nebrasketa Davis; her mother, Patricia Anne Jackson; brothers, Cencade Pennington and Rodrick Thomas; sisters, Candace Smiley, Itasker Boykin; stepfather, Robert Jackson; sister-in-law, Stephanie Pelton; cousins, Nathal Riley, James Austin; aunt, Claudia Austin; stepdaughter, Lapeatra McClaney; niece, MaKayla Pennington; and best friend, Veronica Olds; a very special cousin, Tevin Walton, as well as a host of loving relatives.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, Tommy Daniels, and cousin, LaQuavious Scott.

The family would like to thank her nurse, LaKeveya Jones, and her special friends, Nebraska Davis, Diane Smith and Ramona McClure for their care and concern during this time.
