Terry James Casey, age 65 of Brundidge died Monday, September 26, 2016 in Troy. An educator for 25 years he began teaching at Escambia-Brewton Vocational Center in Brewton , Alabama, then Central High School in Phenix City. He began his administrative career as the Vocational Director of Butler County Schools. He was the principal of Pike County High School for over seven years and Carroll High School for two years. He was also an avid golfer and fisherman.
Terry is survived by his wife, Molly Griffin Casey, daughter, Griffin Casey Austin, grandson, Jackson Davis Austin, brothers, Troy (Dale) Casey, Tommy Casey, sister, Betty Casey Keeter, mother in law, Martha Massey Griffin, sister in law, Anne Griffin Searcy, and numerous nieces , nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, James E. and Maggie Casey and a brother, Jerry Casey and a sister, Sue Casey. ,
Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 10:30 from the Brundidge Country Club banquet room for family and close friends with Reverend Donald Ash and Reverend Chad Manion officiating. Visitation for everyone will follow from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Brundidge Country Club banquet room.
In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Pike County High School Library, 552 S Main Street, Brundidge, Alabama 36010.
