Heaven’s gain was our loss when our little angel, Shep  Allen Pugh was called by our Lord to his heavenly home with his mommy on March 7, 2011.  Shep laughed and made us all smile throughout his 14 months, bringing joy and happiness to everyone he touched. During his brief visit on Earth, he loved to play outside, go visit the cows, and ride the tractor with his daddy.   Funeral services for Shep  Allen will be held Friday, March 11, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church in Troy with Dr. Luke Lane and Rev. Jimmy Fryer officiating.  Burial will follow in Green Hills Memorial Park Cemetery with Green Hills Funeral Home directing.
Visitation will be held, Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Green Hills Funeral Home.
Shep is preceded in death by his loving mother, Brittany Shepard Pugh; great-grandparents, Marvin and Doris Pugh.  He is survived by his father, Clint Pugh  of Troy; grandparents, Monte “Monts” and Kathy “Honey” Pugh of Troy; Tim “Poppy” and Kim “Gigi” Shepard of Ozark; one Aunt, Brooke Campbell (Ryan),cousin Allie Campbell of Ozark; great-grandparents, Corene Edgar of Ozark; John and Peggy  White of Dothan; James and Era Pollard of Brundidge; and Mary Tyler of Troy; uncle, Dax Pugh (Holly) of Troy, cousins, Cole, Owen and Reese Pugh all of Troy, uncle Tyson Pugh of Troy; great uncle, Mike Byrd (Alicia) and cousin, Justin; great-uncle Tony Shepard (Tammy); several great aunts, uncles, and cousins; a special caregiver, Rachel Register.
