Sandra Barron

Sandra Jean Barron, age 62, of Troy, AL., passed away Saturday, January 4, 2014 at her home. Funeral services for Ms. Barron will be held at 3 p.m., Monday, January 6, 2014, from the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Reverends Donnie Dunn and W.O. Sanders officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday for two hours prior to the service and burial will be at Sandfield Cemetery.

Ms. Barron was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony Lamar “Bill” Dunn and Eloise Renfroe; one brother, Teddy Dunn; a son-in-law, Mike Mills and one grandson Justin Mills.

Ms. Barron is survived by one son, Jamie Barron; two daughters, Donna Mills and Kim Davis; one brother, Donnie Dunn (Brenda); three sisters, Linda Briley, Cathy Harden and June Allen; and three grandchildren, Bryan Teal, Ryan Davis and Breanna Barron.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Ladies Sunday School class at Banks Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Choice Hospice, the American Heart Association or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
The staff of Green Hills Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Ms. Barron.
