Ralph Sanderlin

Ralph David Sanderlin, age 61, of Troy, AL, lost his fight with cancer on June 17, 2015. A celebration of his life will be held Thursday, June 18, 2015, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Rev. Clifford Mathews officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Sanderlin was preceded in death by his father, William Lee Sanderlin. He is survived by his mother, Marion Sanderlin; wife, Debra Bock Sanderlin; sons, Burt (Megan) Sanderlin, Tyler (Elena) Sanderlin, and Dane Sanderlin; daughter, Lane (Chad) Sanderlin; sisters, Pat (Jim) Wingard, Diana (David) Johnson, Tina (Jeffery) Dunn; and Maria Sanders; numerous nieces and nephews; and Jerry, the one eyed pirate dog. He was a talented man with a fierce wit and a deep devotion and love for his children. His devotion to his children was only rivaled by his passion for the lure and line. We will miss him fiercely as he waits with Opa and Uncle Beatup for our reunion.
