Pamela Johnson Dunn

Pamela Johnson Dunn, 69, of Troy, passed away on January 5, 2024, after a battle with brain cancer.  Funeral services will be at 1:00pm on Monday, January 8, 2024, at Green Hills Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Stephens officiating.  Visitation will begin at 11:00am. Burial will follow the service at Green Hills Memorial Cemetery.  
Pam was born on November 10, 1954, and grew up in Brundidge, Alabama. She graduated from Pike Liberal Arts School in 1973. Shortly after graduation she married her high school sweetheart, Richard Dunn, and they had three children, Brooke, Roxanne, & Whit. 
Pam dedicated her life to being a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Pam was the foundation of her family. She always knew the right thing to say and never missed a special date. She was our constant cheerleader and supporter.
Pam attended Mt Pleasant Baptist Church in the Linwood Community. She was involved with the church and loved her church family.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Richard Dunn; children, Brooke Murphy (Walter), Roxanne Parrish & Whit Dunn; grandchildren, Marlee Tunstill, Christopher Parrish (Jordan), Lane Murphy, Tate Parrish, Elizabeth Ann Murphy, Gray Dunn & Eli Dunn;  and great grandchild, Tatum Parrish; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jack Johnson & Sarah Irene Johnson Willis.
