Mary Berry

Mary Susan Berry , age 75, of Pell City formerly of Troy died Sunday, April , 2, 2017 in Pell City. Susan Berry was born in Pike County Alabama to the late Russell Berry and Mary Smith Berry. She was also preceded in death by her ex-husband, James Jackson Ivey Brantley.  She was a kindergarten teacher for 34 years and an avid artist. She was also active in; Troy Pilot Club, Troy Art Auxiliary Board, Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Pike County ,Advisory Council of the Colley Senior Center  Complex, Flora-Bunda club and the Master  Gardeners.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 2:oo PM from the Collegedale Church of Christ with Minister Bobby Templin officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at Collegedale Church of Christ.

Survivors include; Son, James Ivey Jackson Brantley of Nashville, TN. Sarah Frances "Boo" Brantley of Seattle . WA. , her grandchildren, Mark Justin Brantley, Katie Elizabeth Nikkel, Timmy Wayne Nikkel, George Russell Nikkel, William Harrington Nikkel, Austin Brantley and Logan Brantley.

In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Christian Student Center of Troy University, 703 University Avenue, Troy, Al. 36081 or the Johnson Center for the Arts "Tile Room", 300 East Walnut Street, Troy, Alabama, 36081.
