Marilyn Felton Flowers, age 60, of Troy died Thursday, October 13, 2016 at her home. Marilyn loved her children and grandchildren. She found joy in the small things in life. Her compassionate hard work as a caregiver was possible because she loved to love. Funeral services for Marilyn Flowers will be held Monday, October 17, 2016 at 12:00 PM from the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home. Visitation will also be Monday, October 17, 2016 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Green Hills Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the New Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Survivors include, 5 children, Knikita Ford, Monroe Flowers Jr., Nikal Flowers, Marlon Flowers and Monquesha Flowers, her grandchildren, Kniquesha Milton, Kamonii Franklin, Unique Frankliln, Carson Flowers, Tamiya Flowers, Jayla White, Jayson White and Jayda White. great-grandchildren, AJ Wilson, Adrian Milton, her special aunt, Nellie Wright, Special lifelong friends, Debra Perry, Linda Joiner and Theresa Reed, also a host of cousins and other close relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie C. Felton and Lula Batie Felton and a brother, Willie C.
