Lloyd Vernon Collier

Lloyd Vernon “Toby” Collier, Jr., passed away at home on Friday, February 9, 2024 after an extended illness.  At his request, no services are planned at this time.  

Toby was a hard-working man who enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  He trained and broke horses most of his life and enjoyed fishing in the local rivers and ponds. He was always ready with a cold beer and fishing pole in his hand.  He was loved and will be missed by all who knew him. 

Loving survivors include Rosa Bass; children, John Wayne Collier (Kristina Tyner), Tara Cain Munoz (Jose’), Robert Raymond Johnson; grandchildren, Abigail MarLynn Collier, John Wayne “Duke” Collier Jr., Jax Dean Collier, Luis Cain Munoz, Paloma Cain Munoz, Alondra Munoz, Kylee Jade Johnson; siblings, Rhonda Motta (Ines) and Shirley Sanders (Jim). He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Vernon Collier, Sr. and Betty J, Collier; and siblings, James “Pete” Collier and Patricia “Clay” Collier.
