Larry Rawson

Larry Eugene Rawson, age 71 of Troy, died Monday, March 3, 2014 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home in Troy, AL with Dr. Luke Lane officiating and Green Hills Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Rawson lettered in Football at Auburn University from 1961-1963. He graduated from Auburn University with an Electrical Engineering Degree in 1964 and was a member of the First United Baptist Church of Troy.
He is survived by his wife Joan Rawson; sons, Jeff Rawson (Donyale), Randy Rawson, Todd Rawson (Kristen), Kevin Rawson; brothers, Lamar Rawson, David Rawson (Pat); sister, Judy Wiggins (Gary); seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Troy “Faith Commitment Mission” at 200 West College Street, Troy, AL 36081.
