Larry Brian Hicks, age 47 of Troy died Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at his home. A memorial service for Larry Hicks will be held Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 11:00 Am from the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Reverend Chad Teal officiating. Military honors will be held following the memorial service in the chapel. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

His survivors include; sons, Joel Brian Hicks (Taylor Ashton Johnson ) of Daphne, Justin Lee Hicks of Montgomery, parents, Larry Jack and Donna M. Hicks of Troy, his sister, Kelly (John) Lucas of Troy , niece, Amanda Lynn Gardner, his grandmother, Lois Underwood of Troy, and his former wife, Teresa Gail Hicks.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lakeshore Foundation, 4000 Ridgeway Drive, Birmingham, AL 35209 or to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
