Jane Davis

Jane Borom Davis, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021.  Visitation will be at 1:00pm on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Green Hills Funeral Home with a Chapel Service at 2:00 p.m.  Burial will follow the service at Providence Cemetery with her grandsons as pallbearers.

Mrs. Davis was a compassionate wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a friend to many and was always doing for others. She enjoyed traveling as well as growing plants and flowers.  A devoted church member, she loved the Lord and rarely missed a Sunday.

Mrs. Davis is survived by her husband of 50 years, Paul Davis, Sr.; her children, Leslie Horn Dennis (Richard), daughter-in-law, Sonja Horn, Paul W. Davis Jr. (Theresa), Lester W. Davis (Julie); her grandchildren, Stephen Horn (Kayte), Anna Horn Baker (Trey), Forrest Dennis, Ethan Dennis, Jacob Dennis, Laura Grace Dennis, Amy Davis, Jeffrey Davis (Bailey); her great grandchildren, Amelia Horn, Scarlett Davis, Lily Davis, Charlie Davis, Landon Davis.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie & Recile Borom; her sister, Marjorie Carter; and her son, David Horn.

Mrs. Davis was a supporter of the children and student ministries at First Methodist Church, Troy, AL where donations can be made in her memory.
