Gene Bell

Gene A. Bell, age 89 of Troy, Alabama, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 suddenly at his home.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Reverend James Taylor officiating.  Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Park Cemetery with Green Hills Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Bell served as manager for over 38 years of the Troy Branch of Chevron Chemical.

Mr. Bell is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Pauline H. Bell; daughter, Lisa Boutwell (Freddie Newman); grandson, Lee Boutwell (Stephanie); great  granddaughter, Isabella Boutwell; sister, Anne Bullard, all of Elba, Al.

Mr. Bell is preceded in death by his parents, Curbie and Susan Bell of Brundidge, AL and nephew, Andy Bell Bullard of Elba, AL.
