Gary Alexander

Gary Sherman Alexander, age 78, of Troy died Thursday, June 15, 2017 at his home following a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Reverend Edward Glaize officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Green Hills Funeral Home.
Survivors include, wife of 54 years, Emma T. Alexander of Troy, nieces, Alecia Glaize of Fairhope, Debra Hanks of Daphne, Gerri Schutes of Bucks Crossing, Georgia, nephew, Edward Alexander of Bucks Crossing, Georgia. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Marion Edward Alexander and Grace Borom Alexander, a brother, Richard Alexander and a sister, Alice A. Curtis.
