Danny Michael Gorman, age 50, a lifelong resident of Troy, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016. A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 18, 2016, at 12:00 p.m. in Green Hills Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Michael Alsup officiating and Green Hills Funeral Home directing. A visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Mr. Gorman was a man of many talents, having explored various media as a musical drummer, sketch artist, and wood-craftsman. He was especially gifted in the art of “tinkering,” known to be able to reassemble and make anything work. Mr. Gorman was preceded in death by his father, Franklin “Booster” Gorman; wife, Amanda Cheryl Gorman; and brother, Timothy Gorman. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Childs Gorman; daughter, Tabitha (Michael) Gorman Adkins; brother, David (Roselyn) Gorman; and nieces and nephews, Bridgette Gorman, Jacob Gorman, Danielle Gorman, Justin Gorman, and Jeffery Gorman.
