Clarence Morgan

Clarence "Dean" Morgan age 92, of Troy died Sunday, April 16, 2017 in Luverne. Dean was born to the late Robert Morgan and Alma Justice Morgan, October 24, 1924 in Crossville, Alabama. Dean was a manager of an auto parts store in addition to being a policeman and a truck driver at various times in his life. He loved to garden and talk to talk on his CB radio and he loved the Lord. He showed his love and dedication to his Lord by reading the Bible cover to cover numerous times.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Dr. Mallone Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Survivors include; his children, Emma and Billy Wood of Troy, Rodney and Loria Morgan of Milton, Fl., Dennis and Rita Morgan of Atalla, Al., grandchildren, Summer Russell, William Wood, Sonya Morgan and Becky Morgan, 2 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Michael Owens.
