Chris Barron

Chris Gerard Barron, age 44, died Wednesday, October 12, 2011, in Mobile, Alabama, after battling an aggressive form of cancer for close to two years. He was born August 9, 1967, to Archie and Carolyn A. Barron.
Services will be held Saturday, October 15, 2011, at the chapel of Green Hill Funeral Home in Troy, Alabama. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Chris was preceded in death by his father, Archie Barron and brother, Barry K. Barron. He is survived by his wife Susan L. Barron , of Monroe, Washington; his mother Carolyn A. Barron; brother, Mike A. Barron; and nephew, Keith G. Barron.
Chris lived a good Christian life in Monroe, Washington, working as an electrician for various industries, including CNC machining, robotics and bio-energy production. He recently moved back to Alabama to be with his family.
The Troy Shriner’s Club will be serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Chris’s honor.
