Bindi Renwick Post, age 56, a longtime resident of Troy, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 23, 2021. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date with family and friends. She was an eccentric soul on an endless quest for knowledge, new skillsets, and the simplicities of life. She had a special gift for nurturing people and devoted much of her professional life bettering others as a respiratory therapist and cosmetologist. Bindi was a skilled mechanic, never bypassing an opportunity to troubleshoot automotive mysteries, and always taking special interest in her favorite car, a black Pontiac Fiero. She treasured her time outdoors, whether spent rumbling the roads from the seat of a motorcycle, indulging some extra exercise on her long, daily walks, or boating the waters with her family. Bindi is survived by her sons, Josh Weeks (Nicole) and Dustin Weeks; grandchildren, Lilly and Lawson Weeks, and Landon Weeks; mother, Pamela Welstand; and brothers, Neill Renwick and Bayard Tarpley. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Zoe Post; and father, George Renwick. Friends and family can sign the guestbook online at www.greenhillsfuneralhome.net. The staff of Green Hills Funeral Home is honored to serve the Post family.
