Annie Skipper

Annie Charles Powell Skipper, age 80, of Troy, died Monday, May 27, 2013 at Baptist South in Montgomery.  Funeral services will be Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. from Green Hills Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Wilburn Kirkland and Rev. Mike Grimes officiating.  Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Green Hills Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Ms. Skipper was a member of Spring Hill Emmanuel Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Johnnie Gafford Powell; mother, Sara Rebecca Walters-Powell; brothers, James Gafford Powell, Johnny Ray Powell; sister, Helen Powell Macon.  She is survived by her sons, James Clay Wright and Bill Donaldson; daughter, Rebecca Mae (Becky) Dickey; sisters, Peggy Messick (Jimmy), Carolyn Barr (Morris), sister-in-law, Betty Powell; brother-in-law, Harold Macon; six grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be David Powell, Paten Powell, Morel Barr, Bill Macon, David Coppage, Bubba McDonald, Rodney Davenport and Charles Wambles.
